Asahi Rising Stars:

Asahi Rising Stars is back! Are you aged under 30, and a top bar tending talent? Then you could be on your way to winning a fantastic trip to Japan with Asahi beer.


The Rules:

You must be a full-time bartender in the UK, and aged under 30 on the 1st October 2010. Apart from that, there are no rules.


Grand Final:

October 2010 at the Thames Room at London's Park Plaza Riverbank.
